We want you to love your frames. If something isn't right, we'll make it easy to fix.

14-Day Return Window

Unworn frames in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, free of charge.

Custom prescription lenses are made to order and can be exchanged for a sizing or power correction, but are not eligible for refund unless defective.

Go to My Account → Orders, select the order, and choose 'Request Return'. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2 business days.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
